The Rev. Sarah Shofstall

Interim Rector

In her 31 years of ordained ministry, Sarah has lead congregations large and small, helped to re-establish a congregation in a church building when the prior congregation had left the Episcopal Church, served as a diocesan canon to the ordinary and transition officer, a CREDO faculty member and is serving in her third interim. In 1990 she was the first woman ordained in the Diocese of Nebraska. Sarah's family lives in Nebraska.  One of her CREDO goals years ago was to be a great aunt to her two nephews.  She is now officially a great aunt to her three great-nephews and expects to spend more time with them when she retires after St. Tim’s no longer needs her. Sarah is well-trained, well supervised  and well-herded by her nine-year-old Bearded Collie.
