Clothesline Donations – A community program of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church
We will accept donations of clothing throughout the pandemic, regardless of the COVID-19 county level.
Clothesline is a special ministry that opens its doors to everyone nearly every Friday of the month, 9:30-11:00 AM, and by appointment offering free clothing to men, women, and children. No identification, proof of residency, etc. required.
Would you like to donate clothing to Clothesline?
Due to space limitations we can only accept clothing that is in season i.e. no winter coats, boots, etc. in the Spring, Summer, or Fall.
St. Timothy’s accepts new or clean, gently-used clothing, shoes, and accessories for men, women, children, and infants (socks, belts, etc.); bedding (no pillows), and towels.
Clothing must be in a plastic bag (no hangers) and placed in our Donation Bin located at the door of the Wrey Barber Wing of St. Timothy’s. (Come back on the driveway until you come to a large parking lot. The donation bin is located to your left under a large blue and white Clothesline sign. Donation Bin
We do not accept Men’s Suits, hangers, household items, decorations, children’s car seats, toys, medical equipment, furniture, etc.
Would you like to help at Clothesline?
We need volunteers Friday mornings (during shopping hours), Thursday mornings to help sort clothing, and during the week to help empty the Donation Bin and take clothing into the sorting area. Our volunteers sort clothing and arrange a display creating a “boutique-like” atmosphere for our Clothesline visitors, and help people as they come to shop.If you would like to volunteer please contact the office: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 419.874.5704.
