Michael Gartz is a native of Toledo, where he sang in the Choir of Men and Boys at Trinity Episcopal Church, becoming assistant organist while in high school. He graduated from the Eastman School of Music with a degree in organ. He is Adjunct Professor of Organ at Bowling Green State University, and also Choral Accompanist. In addition to serving as organist of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, he is organist for the Toledo Diocesan Choir at Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral.
Michael is married and enjoys traveling.
