We, the members of St. Timothy's Vestry Executive Committee, recognizing our dependence on God's grace in our efforts, do hereby commit ourselves to those responsibilities directed toward upholding all relevant charges under the canons of The Episcopal Church. More specifically, as servant leaders, we commit to the responsibility identifying new concerns falling under the Vestry's responsibility and to insure continuity of effort upon open vestry tasks. We commit to preparation of an appropriate agenda, to facilitating vestry meetings to insure a proper voice for all concerned and to bring to fruition all tasks that are necessary to fulfill our responsibilities as a duly elected body.

We further commit as individuals to be examples, to be resources and guides, to encourage each advocacy and their committees in the conduct of their stated responsibilities, and to coordinate their reports and recommendations with the monthly agendas. We commit to providing focus or the mission statement as a guide toward providing a rich spiritual experience for all members and all others whom we might touch. And we commit to insure that all vestry actions be in the spirit of Christ and for the furtherance of His kingdom among us and beyond us.
